I have used a different carrier on two previous shipments with good success, so I was planning to use them again on this vehicle. The dealer from whom I purchased this vehicle recommended Direct Express Auto Transport so I decided to go with them instead. The price was extremely competitive, and my car was delivered from the California bay area to my door in Denver in two days! (Picked-up on Monday morning and delivered on Wednesday evening.) Communication could have been better, for example I didn't know exactly when my car was being picked-up until I called my dealer and he said, "oh, they are here right now." My other carrier uses GPS tracking and kept me well informed, but, their transit time was MUCH longer. So, overall rating: Price: "A", Transit time: "A++", Communication: "B"
