EXPRESS AUTO TRANSPORT is good, but not the driver

EXPRESS AUTO TRANSPORT responded quickly. They answered all questions that you have. The driver, Andy, is a nice man. However, he was not flexible where and when he picked up my car. A day before, I had to call him to confirm the time. He told me he will get to my place early in the morning, but did not tell me what time. In the next day, I waited for him in the morning but he did not call me back until 9 Am. He told me that he will be at my place around 9:30 -10:30 am. I let him know that I had a meeting from 9-11 am and could not get out early. He got angry and said he did not want to wait for me. He said that was not his problem. So I had to get out early and go back home to wait for him. And then he called a gain and told me that he could not get into my house, so I had to drive my car to the Walmart for him. He just waited at the Walmart, and do nothing until I drove my car there. Which was not home pick up and delivery. On the day he dropped my car in Ca, he park at the middle of a big street and asked me to walk there. The street go to my house is also big and easy to get in. He said he already unloaded my car. So I had to walk for 10 minutes to get there. He had time, but he did not care what happen to me as a customer. He could just waited for 10 minutes. He came late and told the customer that was a customer problem.
EXPRESS AUTO TRANSPORT is good, but not the driver. The car was not damage and was delivered earlier. I would use the Express Auto Transport again, but not the driver.
