In the beginning I was a bit leery of using the auto transport service but I really needed to move my vehicle across states without racking up mileage on the engine so I decided to take a risk. To my surprise using direct express really turned out for the best. I would rate my overall experience a 10 plus! From dealing with very professional customer service who were able to answer all of my questions and concerns. The company kept me informed every aspect of the way from the moment I made my vehicle available to the moment it was dropped off. I will definitely be using this service again and would most definitely recommend their service to anyone in need of shipping a vehicle. At first I was told to allow 2-4 days for delivery and 1-7 business days from the date it was made available in order to be contacted to set up the process for pick up. After the vehicle was made available 1 day later I was able to have the car picked up and out for delivery. To my surprise the vehicle was delivered the next day in the same condition in which it was picked up, I didn't have to worry about any damages. The customer service representatives are very flexible in regards to emergency and will be able to resechdule your available pick up date in the event that something comes up and you cannot make an appointment for vehicle pick up. The price was very affordable. My order number was 156460 and my auto carrier was Edith, he was very down to earth and kept me posted every step of the way. He was even able to have my car delivered faster than the estimated wait time which worked out perfect for me. I'd like to take this time out to thank direct auto for their service and it was a great experience hands down!!!
