The overall experience with Direct Express Auto Transport was very good. I was informed promptly when the cars would be picked up and due to unforeseen circumstances, they were picked up the next day. This was not a problem since we were moving a whole house a long distance and had another vehicle to be used until the transported cars arrived. At the final destination, I was again informed as to when the cars would be delivered. The transporter ran into some bad weather in route and he called me to inform me that he would be arriving the day after originally stated. Again, this was not a problem for me and he arrived promptly the next day at the time he told me. The cars were very dirty from the long journey, but otherwise intact.
