I'm not really one to take the time to write reviews but given my awful experience with this company, I felt compelled to write this to prevent someone else from wasting their time and money. I placed my transport order with the company on January 2 and was told my car would be picked up within 7 days and transported within 10 days. It's been over 12 days since the original pick up date and I have not heard from the company once. Even after calling the company repeatedly to ask for a order update, I am given no concrete information and am still waiting for them to return my last call. In addition to paying for the transport, I'm now forced to pay $300 a week to rent a car while I wait for the company to transport mine. If you want your car transported safely and timely without all these extra costs and inconveniences, look elsewhere. It is about time this company is brought to the attention of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and Better Business Bureau and I intend to file my own claim.

Note to other reviewers: If you had as terrible of an experience as mine, I would urge you to file a claim with those organizations to receive some compensation and to make your experience known on other social media outlets. Companies such as Direct Express Auto do not deserve to stay in business with this type of service.

Our outstanding record and hundreds of thousands of satisfied customers speak for itself. Our records show that we actually assigned Manisha Palla's vehicle to a carrier in Tigard, Oregon in just 2 days on January 4, 2016 and was scheduled to be delivered on the 14th in Decatur, Georgia. However, Ms. Palla would not release her vehicle. She waited 3 more days after that to make it available again. It takes awhile to amalgamate full loads from Portland to Atlanta and Manisha Palla should have kept the assignment that we made for her. Not fair of her to blame us for her decisions. Because Ms. Palla turned belligerent and threatening we could no longer work with her and cancelled the order and returned the full deposit. We wish Manisha Palla lots of luck after graduation.
