This was the first time using a transporter. I made arrangements and the process was very easy. I was reassured that my vehicle would remain on the same transporter the duration of the trip. My 68 BMW arrived well ahead of schedule and the driver was very courteous. He even delivered the car on a Sunday. My car had trouble starting up after sitting for several days, and the fact the car had never seen temperatures that cold; the driver primed the carb and even pushed the vehicle down the road so we could get her jump started. Definitely will use again when I buy another vehicle. Thanks.
