Our overall experience was great! Quick pick-up, quick delivery and good communication. UNTIL, our car was delivered without license plates. The car left Tucson with licences plates and was delivered to Texas without them. When questioning the driver, his first response was "I didn't take them". The funny thing was, I wasn't accusing him. My first thought was maybe they removed them in transport and put them some where in the car. He's next response was, " maybe they fell off during transport". Really? Two licenses plates? We have filed police reports in both Arizona and Texas
