Direct Express is a great company to work with but if any problem comes it would be with the carriers. I had a great carrier before with Direct Express but during this shipment I worked with Ramaz Trans Inc and they were incredibly unprofessional and I would never accept this carrier. The car was late being dropped off by a day and a half and when I called to get an update on the car, the woman said that she couldn't call because she had worked 24 hours and it was her birthday. As a customer, that is not my problem and it was unprofessional of her to have that be her excuse as to why we didn't receive an update on our vehicle. Direct Express is great but they should not work with that carrier.
