We have used this company four times before. The only negative thing that happened was that the car arrived late and we had trouble contacting the driver. Jessica was very helpful. When the car arrived it had oil covering the front end. The car above it had leaked. To the drivers credit, he did offer to wash the car. But we did not wish any further delays. We would use the company again.
