As you may know this company is a broker that will find you transportation.In this department they were outstanding.Asked for open trailer but got enclosed trailer for the same price. This is the first time i used a transport company to haul my auto somewhere.I was weary due to alot of shady /con people in this world. Trust me this company is trustworthy. The company found a transport trucking company in a few days after my request.The total price for the shipment was cheaper than other quotes. Other company gave me a lower rates then this company.but the other company felt like they were one of the shady/ con people. The other company called me and i talked to them .they tell you what you want to hear. So i called Direct Express Auto Transport and talk to Jessie who was honest and knowledgeable to the question i asked.
The trucking company i was assigned was a different story. The guy showed up on time .Spoke very little english so was hard to communicate with. The guy did a great job storing my vehicle in the enclosed trailer. Also did a great job transporting my vehicle in 1 day. Here is were this transport company made me think not to good of them. When the destination was complete . Had my brother pay with cash.The driver asked for more than was expected. Brother paid the extra money asked for receipt. Driver said mail receipt but brother said no want receipt now.Driver called his boss handed phone to my brother. Brother explained situation to driver boss make story short brother got extra money he paid back. I hold nothing against Direct Express Auto Transport for the situation i had with the transport company.Direct Express Auto Transport is still a great company you can count on.
