When I was booking my car shipment, I informed them that I need car and some date. Representative told that to put date ahead for the earliest date to pickup and I agreed to that date. But the car was not picked on time, when I called direct express auto, they said " if you don't want to ship or find other transport please go ahead and cancel this order.. We are just broker company". This is not good in put customer in trouble at the last minute. Later I had my received my car 2 days late of what I needed.
I was really satisfied with the Truck driver who picked my car. The way of his approach in picking up and delivering the car was excellent.
