We had arranged for another company to transport our two cars as part of an overall home move. The arrangement was made through a broker company (you may be able to guess...) and their transport company. Well, the day before the cars were to be moved, their transport company continued to refuse to tell us if they would be able to pick up the cars... This was after four times of contacting the broker AND the transport company with no avail. We finally decided we must look for an alternative as we had to vacate our home at the time when the cars were to be picked up. We called and received an immediate quote (albeit quite higher than typical as it was an urgent request. The company was very transparent in telling us on their website as to the cost - so no surprise to us). We agreed to move forward and indeed, within an hour or so, the transport company called us and advised us the specifics about who and what would occur the next day. The transport company came at the time they promised and transported our two cars to Texas without any issues. We are VERY PLEASED with your company.
