I gave Direct Express Auto Transport 5 stars and the Driver 4 stars. Finalized my order on a Friday. I choose the cheapest option which said it could take up to 10 days to schedule. Kelly was very nice on the phone and explained the process. The cost was $20 more than the web quote, but when I tried to re-quote the new price came up. On Monday the pickup was scheduled, which was great. Driver came on Tuesday about 2 hours later than he said but no big deal. My brother said the driver was nice and seemed to do a good job loading up the car.
Got a call saying car would be delivered Friday. Thursday afternoon got a call that the driver was in town and wanted to deliver. Car delivered in good condition. I was just lucky that we had the money order or else not sure I could have taken possession on Thursday. All in all I was very happy with service. Car did not seem to have any issues during transport.All in all I would use the service again. Just be aware that the jobs do get farmed out.I could not have driven the car for cheaper.
