SUV arrived from cross country transport without any damage. A couple days later than expected, but I was very pleased that the car did not have a scratch and contents were untouched. The driver said his truck broke down for two days in Texas. The delay didn't cause me any inconveniences, but I wish I was contacted for delay. I know life happens. Overall, the service was good and I would use them again
