The customer service is great and very nice to answers all my questions. The pickup driver was on time with scheduled and call us before one hours come to pick up car or the car delivered to address. And the car was so dirty but that’s okay because during the car transport from Louisiana to California is a long way. Direct Express Auto Transport is great service.
