I was not sure how the process would work. But dispatcher on the phone explained everything in detail. I felt confident there would be no problems. The car dealership contacted me once the car had been picked up be the transportation driver. The transportation driver contacted me several time with his estimation of arrival time. The arrival was perfect I have absolutely no complaints or criticisms
