Ohio to California in November

The good: They were prompt picking up my car. My car was picked up 2 days after I put in the order. My driver, Yogi, would call and let me know an estimated time range he will arrive. The time will change so you must be flexible. Yogi was really good at updating me if he was late or not. My car was delivered within 5 days from Ohio to California. It was a day early than the estimated date.

The bad: The online system is terrible. It was extremely difficult to pay online. I entered everything in and it kept on loading and didn't let me pay. Therefore, I couldn't finish the last step. I refreshed and restarted my Macbook and the same thing happened. After at least 30-40 minutes, I got it to go through. It didn't ask for an email so you don't have an email confirmation to see your order. You were only given an order/confirmation number, which I only got one. However, I wasn't aware that I had two orders in and got charged twice. The representative called me about a day later asking if it was a mistake and I said yes. She said she'll remove one of the orders. After several days later when my car delivered, I saw my account was charged twice so I called and inquired about it. The representative said she'll send it to billing and that was it. She was very short and not professional. She didn't even say sorry or apologize for my inconveniences. After 5 days, I didn't get my refund so I called again. Another representative informed me that it will take 7-10 business days for it to go back to the account. Again, she was also very short and unprofessional. However, after the last phone call, I got my money refunded within several hours.

In Summary: Overall my car was delivered very fast and I'm happy with it. The bad thing was the website and the customer service representatives. They were very short, unprofessional, and probably were not trained to provide good customer services.
