The overall service was great. Only con was the length of time it took to hear back from initial online request. I put in request on 11/29, but did not hear back until 12/2, one hour later they picked up the car. Just some communication before the actual pick up would have been better. However, the turn around time and quality of service regarding the transport of the car, was great.
