I was very pleased with the prompt pick up after I made the reservation. The costbwas also the best around. It would have cost me more to fly 1-way, on a budget airline, and drive it back myself than it did to have it shipped. Not to mention I avoided the hassle of non driver's on I-95 going slow in the fast lane.
