I recently had a car I purchased in Ohio shipped to Rochester, New York using Direct Express Auto Transport . If you're thinking of having a car shipped do yourself a favor and use Direct Express Auto Transport.
Their service was outstanding, from the people who answered the phones, to the driver that delivered my car. The driver actually pulled his carrier in front of my house, unloaded the car and backed it into my driveway. Truly door to door service. Another company I had looked at dropped your car off at their local shop. You had to pick it up from there. Their shop closest to me was NOT close. The day of delivery, the driver assigned by Direct Express Auto Transport had called me twice to make me aware of his schedule (he had another car to drop off in the area) and his estimated time of arrival.
The Direct Express Auto Transport price was extremely reasonable and had no hidden fees. Again, another company I looked at seemed competitive at first until you realized you had to add fees for insurance, door to door delivery, top loading on the carrier which I needed because I was shipping a convertible. All of this, which the other company called extras, was included in the original Direct Express Auto Transport quote.
And, finally, the car was in impeccable condition when it arrived.
