Great customer service from Direct Express. The pricing is misleading in that a "rush" order is only guaranteeing that your vehicle will be assigned a carrier in 1-2 days, not that it will be in transit within 1-2 days. My vehicle was assigned within an hour, and picked up within 24 hours but not physically moving from the destination to the arrival point until 5 days later. It waited in a holding yard those 5 days. The assigned carriers can also improve their communication with the customer by providing realistic transportation and timing information. The car was dirty only because of it being transported in an open carry status.
