I was really impressed. I did not expect to get a call the day after I had signed up for the service on-line. I thought it would take much longer. Furthermore, the company tried really hard to please me and sent personnel to pick up my car when they could not reach my place with the large trailer due to over-head bridges in my neighborhood. My husband received the car in 5 days in California after it was shipped from Maryland. I am very satisfied with the service.
