Not a duplicate review, this is for my other car ( I had two transported)

First off, I want to say I was a little skeptical about auto transport going into this. I have read a lot of reviews and heard horror stories about cars not getting picked up on time or taking weeks to be delivered. I chose Direct Express based on the large amount of positive reviews I read and the positive rating with the BBB.

I used Direct Express to transport two vehicles from Washington to Louisiana. The website was easy to use and the instant quote was great. The price was in the middle of the range, not too high, but not so low that it would be difficult to find a driver to transport. Customer Service was very helpful in giving feedback as to when I should make my reservation to have the cars picked up in the time frame I required. They gave me a 1-7 day window for pickup, my cars were picked up after 3 days. They also sent an email with my order number, and followed up with an email alerting me to the assigned shipper with their phone number.

The driver was friendly, and performed a thorough inspection of the cars. He said it would be 7-12 days for delivery. It actually only took them 6 days to deliver. The cars were pretty dirty coming off the truck, but after such a long trip I expected as much. They were in good condition, no damage to report. They even gave me a small discount since they were early and I had to scramble to find someone to accept the cars on my behalf.

Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and if I ever need to ship again I will use Direct Express Auto Transport. Customer service was friendly and helpful, and they did a great job of getting my cars scheduled for shipment quickly with a reliable transporter.
