We needed to transport my in laws car to California. We called right during the holiday - the process was clear, communication was very good.
The driver picked up the car on time and the car made it to California that same week.
We weren't sure who to trust for something like shipping a car and with Direct Express they answered all our questions, described the process and had a very fair price.
We would definitely use them again.
