I originally placed an order with another company with high ratings. There was substantial delay getting a driver assigned notwithstanding about 5 days advance notice of the pickup date. I then contacted DirectExpress Auto and spoke to Kelly. She discovered that the company I placed the order with was offering a lower than normal price to drivers. I cancelled the order and less than five minutes later I received an email from her telling me a driver had been assigned and would pick up my car on the date requested, which it was. It was estimated my car would be delivered on Tuesday but it didn't arrive until Thursday evening. This was the only disappointment, but not a big deal.
