We are sorry customer Jonathan Gutoski was dissatisfied with the service. We explained to Mr. Gutoski that because he hired a competitor for $150 more, no carrier would likely call for his preferred lower rate. We explained that it was pointless to hire two brokers for such a big difference and that the other broker was way too high. Four days after entering his order we refunded Jonathan Gutoski's deposit in full and wished him well.
