I'm a review/feedback reader myself so I'm writing this. I went with the cheaper 1-7 day pickup time frame (Online BTW)- car was assigned to and picked up by Bravo Transport which was actually headquartered/located close to my vehicle in 3-4 days. The car arrived on the exact day it was scheduled to, BUT was actually in my area the night before at 10pm ish. I wanted to see the car in daylight so when the driver called I told him I'd see him next morning. All went well and I was pleased. Couple things to note for those who are "virgins" at this and may not know...Direct Express Auto Transport. is a broker (as most online companies are) they are not a trucking company themselves...they locate/contract with a trucking company to do the job. These guys deal w/transport everyday-it's what they do- HOWEVER when it's your car that's the one you're worried and concerned about so there never seems to be enough communication sorta like waiting for a child to be born. My advice.relax these guys had my back and that's all I or you should ask. I'd use them again in a heartbeat
