I needed to get a car moved across country with very short notice. Jessie was able to help me right away. The car was picked up right on time and arrived at the destination nearly a full day early which was much appreciated. I called several places before landing with Direct Express, no one could commit to the pick up time I needed- and the price was actually less than the others too.
