This is the second vehicle I shipped with this company, and it was an amazing experience both times! I purchased the 1-7 day delivery package, and my car was picked up from the New England Manheim Auction in just 1 day!!! I was not expecting it to be so quick, but when I opened my email and saw the confirmation it was a pleasant surprise. The even better part was that it was delivered in just 1 day as well! This was confirmation that I would only ship cars with Direct Express Auto Transport in the future. I was skeptical at first because if they did not deliver the vehicle in time, I would lose a lot of money. I read the reviews and took a leap of faith and it was the best decision I could have made. If you want a professional and reliable company with superb customer service look no further.
