We called in advance of pickup to ask some questions. We ended up talking to the driver, who said to contact him any time. Our pickup driver was running a bit late and called to see if we could meet. Meeting was expected as our road is narrow. Pickup went smoothly and once the car was on the road. Once a few days went by (it was late October, early November) we texted to get a status update, not really expecting a reply. We got not only a reply, but photos of the snow that was encountered, and new estimates for progress and delivery. We asked for delivery either early in the AM, late in the afternoon, or weekend days. They called 24 hours in advance and arranged for an early morning drop off. Apparently they had a hydraulic issue the night before, and called to let us know there would be a delay. Ultimately, they showed up earlier than expected given the delay, and arranged a convenient meeting place and time. Car was in perfect condition, nothing wrong, nothing missing. Way better customer service than I expected!
