The Direct Express web site was easy to use. They did require a deposit, but it was worth it because their price was very competitive and they handled everything with no hassles. A day before the pickup date I selected I received a phone call letting me know that the truck would be by the next morning. Frank, the driver called when he was on his way and arrived on time. He was very professional and loaded the car onto the truck very quickly. The car arrived at the other end in good condition with no problems. If I ever need to ship a car again I would definitely use Direct Express. Full disclosure: Direct Express offered me a small incentive for posting a review, but they did not require that it be a good review. I am honestly very happy with their service.
