I am delighted! The car was picked up on the day quoted. It was delivered the day after pickup - we were quoted three days. This was excellent.
Although the car was transported "open" it arrived in the same condition as it was picked up in, no transport damage. (It helps that it was on the rear of the transport.) As the vehicle was not drivable, the transport driver helped me get it into an enclosed garage, which was appreciated.
