Called to schedule a pickup. Within 30 mins, my vehicle was assigned. Within an hour I received a call from a rep. scheduling a pick up date. Vehicle was picked up on the scheduled date and delivered when they said they would. And this was through the Thanksgiving weekend! Excellent customer service and on time delivery. Price was reasonable and competitive. Interestingly enough, I sold a truck that needed to go across country on the same day I bought this car. The buyer of my truck called a different transport company. The day they delivered my car is the day the other buyer had my truck picked up! And that was after many phone calls to his transport company. I would use Direct Express again and have no problem recommending them to my friends. Top notch company.
