We didnt pick the cheapest hauler and kind of picked based on reviews that we read. Communication was OK, not great. The driver was running late, so the cars were picked up the morning after the initial pick up time. Not a big deal for us at all, but was late nonetheless. The cars arrived before us, so we had friends pick them up. Not sure how the driver got from Florida to Arizona as quickly as he did, but the cars were fine. Overall a good experience, but not as good as it could have been.
Reason for 4 stars is that the company claimed door to door service, which is a big claim that could not be met by the driver. He required us to drive both cars to a Walmart a few miles away and find a way back home. Did the same thing on the pickup, he dropped them off at a Target. We had both cars shipped from AZ to FL four years ago and that driver had no problem coming to our house (on both ends) for pickup and delivery. So I have to assume that it was the driver that refused to do it (or the company had some leeway for their contractors).
