This was my first experience transporting a vehicle. The vehicle was a 2001 Ford F-150. It was going from Wisconsin to California. The initial scheduling call went well, and the representitive was very knowledgeable and helpful. A carrier (Wilson) was assigned within a couple of days. When that carrier could not make the pick up due to weather delays, another carrier (CCJ) was immediately assigned and I was contacted the next day. The pick up was made a total 4 days after the first available date. The carrier called to confirm the pick up and was right on time. The delivery was one day early, and went well. I felt the price was fair and I received value added service. I was very satisfied with the entire experience and would highly recommend Direct Express Auto Transit to others. #52435
