I contact the company to move my 2001 Jeep from CT to CO. I was given three choices to move within certain timeframes and selected the middle one. I had to call and check on the status numerous times and the day before I cancelled my order was told that I needed to up my fee to have a better chance on moving my car. I was also told that apparently another broker had my vehicle listed. I contacted that company to have them remove my vehicle and was told by them that they don't have it - that they would be able to research it better if I got the loading number. I contacted Direct again to obtain that information and wasted more of my time calling back the company to see if they could find it. They did find it, however, it was for a 2015 Jeep to be moved from Long Island to CO NOT a 2001 Jeep from CT. Again, I called Direct and told them that they gave me mis-information and was told - just disregard it happens. It happens - really? How can you tell me its my vehicle when clearly it is not! I was furious. I wasted a good part of 4 hours going back and forth with between the 2 companies and told her to cancel my order, being that now, a week later, they still have not found someone to move my car and the chances of being asked to up my $ is great. In my research I checked out reviews, BBB report and looked at the videos on their site. One representative told me when I contacted them on the status that they were closed over the weekend and would make calls to find a carrier- when I contacted the rep that I dealt with she informed me that they don't do that - it is soooo frustrating. I researched many transport companies and really thought this was the one to go with. Apparently not.
