the 1 day delay in pickup was no fault of the driver - ice storm in Texas. Did have to meet at a local Wal Mart parking lot, as the driver didn't want to traverse residential streets (have done shipping before, and I know the trucks can fit down my street). At drop-off, there was some confusion about cash/cashiers check, but a call to the Headquarters allowed for a credit card payment over the phone. All in all, a pleasant experience with this company.
