I have used Direct Express Auto Transport 8 times in the last few years. I really like that I get an instant price quote that is firm and accurate. Then the pick up and delivery usually have no issues and the cars have arrived perfectly. On this occasion the pick up was assigned to a carrier around 12 noon local time. The Carrier picked up the car with in 4 hours and then delivered the car 1000 miles away like 30 hours later. This well exceeded the notional timeline and I was pleased to see the process work out this way. I benefited from the pick up location being on a major Interstate in Nashville and my location is off another major Interstate. Ease of access. I definitely will use Direct Express again.
