Our outstanding customer reviews speak for themselves. We are sorry that customer Fran Vogt-Strauss is disappointed that her 2014 Ford experienced a mechanical failure completely unrelated to the carrier. No carrier, no driver, is responsible for mechanical or electrical failures of any vehicle. To think an auto transport carrier caused a mechanical failure of a window is far-fetched. We wish Ms. Vogt-Strauss lots of luck.
