This is the second time I've used this service. I have had 2 vehicles transported from IL to AZ and back within the last year. I used the enclosed transport which is a bit more than open, but worth it if you want the safety and protection. The carriers have been very professional and vehicles have made it to the destination with no issues. They call before pickup and delivery to give you an ETA. I will be using Direct Express as my go to transport service.
