OUTSTANDING SERVICE – definitely recommend using this service. I obtained a quote online to ship my SUV from New York to California. I placed my order online for the regular service because I did not have any time constraints of when my vehicle should arrive. When placing my order I had to select a date for pickup, I selected 3 days out. Immediately after I placed the order I received an acknowledgment that clearly explained the process. The very same day I received another email that advised my vehicle will be picked up on the date I selected and it provided me with the name of the company and the contact information. The price was exactly that which they quoted online.
Having read so many horrible reviews about transporting cars I was skeptical, however, the day before the scheduled pickup, the driver texted to make arrangements and picked up the vehicle the next day. 5 days later the vehicle arrived in California in the same condition that it was picked up and delivered by the same driver. The paperwork was easy and smooth, payment was made in cash to the driver.
This was an incredible and outstanding service from the very outset and I highly recommend using this service. All the terms and conditions are clearly stated, that have the highest reviews in the industry by respected review sites such as this.
