Kelly was the customer service rep who assisted me with my reservation. She was very helpful and explained the process to me as this was the first time I had shipped a vehicle.. i was dissatisfied with IHook Transport Services lack of customer service. Their reps were rude whenever we called for a status. Eventually, my husband spoke to a manager on the day of delivery and she put us in contact with the driver who was very courteous. Because of the experience with IHOOK I would not use this service again.
