The booking is entirely done on internet, simple and straightforward. I received an Email within a few days to inform me the pickup date. On that day the driver called before he came to my house on time. He was very friendly and carefully checked the car’s condition. It took about a week for my car to be delivered (from California to Philadelphia). Although it said no delivery date can be guaranteed, the length of shipping time is in agreement with about 500 miles per day, a commonly used industrial standard. On the delivery day, the driver also called before arriving and came on time. Because of the tight local street situation, the shipping truck had to drop the car at parking area of a shopping center nearby. There was no damage to the car during the entire trip. I would recommend Direct Express Auto Transport for anyone who needs to ship your car.
