I CALLED IN MANY OCCASIONS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER AND THEY ALWAYS PICKED UP THE PHONE. OPERATOR WAS VERY POLITE AND HELPFUL. SHE PROVIDED ME WITH THE DRIVERS INFORMATION AND EVEN REACHED OUT TO HIM WHEN I COULD NOT. ALSO NO FALSE PROMISES WERE MADE.
