I wanted to comment on the service I received for the transport of my car. I had my car shipped to Florida 6 months ago using a different carrier. I had to drive my car 60+ miles to get to the nearest dropoff point and then it took 3 weeks to arrive (1 week later than anticipated). It traveled on several carriers and I could track it online and saw that it just sat in various places for days on end (up to a week) before moving to the next location.

When my husband found Auto Transport Direct online, I was weary, because the cost was $300.00 less. However, the service was unbelievable. The carrier picked up my car at a very close location to my residence (only reason it wasn't picked up at the residence was because it was an apartment complex with tight turns). He was the only person that had control of my car the entire time, and the car was at my door in Massachusetts 3 days later! The car was dirty, but I can imagine it would be, traveling in the winter, through snow storms in an open carrier. I have no qualms about that fact, it was to be expected.

Otherwise, the service was great, the driver was wonderful (gave me his personal cell number so I could check on the status), and I would use this service again without hesitation.
