Had my new Audi shipped from NJ to Austin TX. The phone staff were helpful and walked me thru the process. Sure enough, Ted, my driver called and we arranged the pick-up. The loading took 10 minutes and I watched my car fade into the distance. 4 days later, right on schedule , Ted showed up with my car just as I’d left it. We had a coke, unloaded my vehicle and off he drove. Couldn’t have been easier. Thanks
