I was charged for services that were not delivered and not authorized. I paid $150 for a "non running vehicle fee". My car was and is running when picked up. It is still running. That is fraud. They refuse to remove it. I was charged $200 for rush delivery by July 21st. It is now August and my car is simply missing. I didn't get rush delivery, I didn't get any delivery. My car was simply stolen and has been missing for two weeks. Advertising false services and charging for services not authorized is bait and switch fraud.

We are sorry customer Jared Lewis is dissatisfied. Mr. Lewis' 1976 Cadillac Eldorado is being delivered to an automotive repair shop because it leaks transmission fluid and needs continually refilled before starting. Mr. Lewis agreed upon setting up his order that his 76' Eldorado is ostensibly non-running. The carrier accepted the order with that precondition and extra $150 built in. It is not fair to change the deal after pickup. The carrier also informed Mr. Jared Lewis before picking up his Eldorado in Grants Pass, Oregon that he was having truck issues. Mr. Lewis was anxious to get it off that dealer's lot and said pick it up anyway and that he could wait. Now Mr. Lewis has changed his tune and is not patient. The vehicle is being delivered this morning to an auto repair shop in Kirkland, Washington as Mr. Lewis well knows. We do hope Mr. Jared Lewis enjoys his 1976 Cadillac Eldorado once it is repaired.
