My car was delivered within a very reasonable margin of the estimated arrival time. The driver was very personable and professional. But best of all was the help extended to me by the Direct Express representative. They explained everything clearly and were eager to assist me with issues I had on the receiving end. I would recommend them for anyone needing to ship their vehicle, especially long haul.
