Everything worked out fine. I chose the intermediate suggested price point and had a shipper assigned very quickly. That tells me their price points were adequate to get a shipper to sign up quickly to move our Jeep. The shipper picked the Jeep up as promised and delivered ahead of schedule with no damage. I would use Direct Express again if I had to ship another vehicle.
