We are sorry customer Traci Brown is dissatisfied with the service. Ms. Brown's vehicle was assigned a carrier the same day she booked. Wow! So fast. Traci's Chevy Cruze was picked up in Arvada, Colorado on September 4th and delivered to Tacoma Park, Maryland on the 7th.. Spectacular service even if it was two hours later than advised. So many things could have contributed to that. Anyone reading Traci Brown's review should hope things go as well for them.
